Below are set out the Terms and Conditions for the supply of products from Indus Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. The contract between us and you.

If there is any mistake in the advertised price or description of items ordered, the correction will be subsequently shared with clients at the earliest. In addition, the revised pricing will be shared, and if you choose, you can cancel the order as a whole.
The contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law, and the Indian courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Availability of Items in Order

Product Delivery
Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd. Is responsible for ensuring a hassle-free delivery of requested products to the customer at the specified address, shared during the time of order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes up to 10-15 days once the order is finalized and in case of any operational delays, you may expect it within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Damages or Loss
Any damage or loss that occurs to products supplied by Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd. is the customer’s responsibility once the order is delivered. For goods to be paid in full, it should include interest under the terms and all other contracts between the customer and Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd.
Additional charges
In case you are ordering from outside Delhi NCR, freight will be charged extra. In case you are ordering from outside India, your order may have extra charges subject to the import duties and taxes levied, when the items reach the country. For customs clearance, additional charges must be borne by the customer. You must also agree that Indus Trade Links Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for the additional charges in relation to customs clearance and we recommend that you confirm the costs with local customs officials or post office prior to ordering.
Liability on behalf of Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd.
In case of the order including damaged or defective items, or if the delivery contains the incorrect number of goods, Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd. Is not liable to the customer unless informed in writing at the Head office address of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of said goods.
If you notify Indus Trade Links Pvt Ltd. Within the time stated, Indus Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for any shortage or non-delivery, and will replace or repair the damaged or defective goods in question, or offer you a refund of the same amount to your original payment method. In case the method by which you paid is no longer valid, Indus trade Links Pvt ltd. will issue credit note to the value of the refund due.
Indus Trade Links Pvt ltd. is further not liable in the case of goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity of Terms
If any part of these terms and conditions is not applicable to a given circumstance, the enforceability of other parts of these conditions will remain unaffected.

The given terms and conditions state the whole agreement pertaining to goods supplied by Indus Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. These terms will remain unaltered unless otherwise mentioned by a director of Indus Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. In writing. Information shared by any sales person on behalf of Indus Trade Links Pvt ltd. is a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representative about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Indus Trade Links Pvt ltd.
